drop them from a few feet, they will not survive the fall. This is something I wished I knew as I was crunching and hopping on my good leg around the broken glass. And if these do break, PLEASE BEWARE. As they shatter, they leave glass dust behind.
But MiniNail Service, like Service Advisor Bryon, is always number one. They respond back quickly, and help with any situation you may have.
For me, my inserts wouldn’t fit in correctly to my large coil, so Bryon sent me videos on how to loosen my coil and insert the glass bowl. I have a puffco peak, but the mini nail always has (and probably always will) have the best flavor, taste of yummy terpenes and the best thing is you control your own temperature.

concentrate in the dish, and all vapor to your lungs. Quartz is just magic honestly. Such a crystalline structure to take so much heating abuse, and to then crank it higher to clean it, to see it brand new again. That being said, I did manage to crack one dish from a drop... -.- .

Always buy this 2 pack when I break one of them! Maybe it's me, but the deep dish is getting deeper and deeper! Love the quartz, the nail, and the fat ass dabs it provides!

Fantastic Quartz dishes! Easy to clean, just crank up the coil to 1000° and wait a few minutes and viola!
